Dear Friends,
We would like to remind you about coming Friday. Our lunch offer will be a selection of vegetarian macrobiotic delicatessens. Some examples: vegetable sushi, vegetable wock, azuki kante, salads, sea weed, pickles, miso soup and dessert. We will be partly demonstrating and explaining the preparation of the dishes.
The ingredients are coming all the way from Japan and they are available at ZITRONE. We want to stress that we offer ingredients that are grown and prepared the traditional way by small family business in Japan. Our hatcho miso for instance has a fermentation period of 24 months and it is organic.
Tomorrow (Thursday) our lunch offer will be spinach risotto with salad.
We alos have a great variety of fresh vegetables.
